Analyse D’images Texturées Application à L’imagerie Médicale
Résumé
L’analyse d’image texture est un sujet ancien, trouvé dans un plusieurs domaines
d’application comme l’analyse de scène, vidéo, l’imagerie médicale…etc.
Il existe différentes approches d’analyse de texture, ce mémoire est consacré à l’étude de
l’efficacité de la méthode statistique dans l’analyse d’images texturées.
Nous avons utilisé logiciel MATLAB pour calculer les différents attributs statistiques des
images texture et pour des résultats plus précis nous avons appliqué les calcul e sur d’image d’IRM
de cerveau .Ensuit on à utilisé la segmentation par l’algorithme Fuzzy c-moyanne pour extraire les
différentes parties de cérébrale, en fin nous allons comp arer les résultats fournis de segmentation
par l’utilisation les attributs statistiques.

Abstract
Texture image analysis is an old topic, found in several application areas such as scene
analysis, video, medical imaging.
There are different approaches to texture analysis, this dissertation is devoted to the study
of the effectiveness of statistical method in texture image analysis.

We have used MATLAB software to calculate the different statistical attributes of texture
images and for more accurate results we have applied the calculation on MRI brain image, then we
have used segmentation by Fuzzy c-means algorithm to extract the different parts of brain, finally
we will compare the results provided by segmentation by using the statistical attributes.
